Royal Bank of Canada Office Renovation - 330 Front St., Toronto
Completion: August 27, 2015
Location: Toronto
Size: 142,000 square feet
Kelson was the Mechanical Contractor for the office renovation for RBC at 330/310 Front Street. This project consisted of the removal of all existing plumbing and HVAC lines back to their mains. Once removed, new lines were installed for connection to small kitchenette on each floor and a washroom on two floors. HVAC work consisted of new branch lines to be built off the existing main supply duct ring. This was an occupied facility. This was a fast-paced project with a quick turnaround time due to owner requirements.
